The opening and closing part of the high-pressure gate valve is a gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, adjustment and throttling cannot be performed. The valve stem moves in the form of a lifting rod type - stem lifting, the hand wheel does not move up and down, there are lifting rotary rod type - the hand wheel rotates up and down with the valve stem, the nut is set on the valve body.
(I) Features of High-pressure Gate Valves
1. It adopts flange connection in the flange, and the two ends of the branch pipe are flanged connection structure.
2. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of iron-based chrome-nickel stainless steel, which has good wear and abrasion resistance.
3. The surface of valve stem is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The closing and opening of the valve is controlled by the electric device mounted on the valve cover. The electric device is equipped with a valve-specific motor, a reduction gear box, a torque control mechanism, a stroke control mechanism, an on-site operation mechanism, a hand and an electric switching mechanism. The switch of the valve is adjusted by the stroke control mechanism. Adjusting the torque limit mechanism can protect the valve if the stroke control mechanism fails. The closing of the valve is mainly composed of an electric device, an adjustable double wedge gate, a gimbaled roof, a clamping ring, etc. The valve body is guided to move up and down.
